This platform allows you to report, in good faith, any concerns that may involve violations of applicable laws, IHC’s Code of Conduct, or other IHC policies and rules.

If you're returning to follow up on a report and have an Incident Number, you can view responses from IHC’s Ethics, Risk, and Compliance Office (ERCO) through the Inbox located at the bottom-right corner of this page.

The IHC Ethics, Risk and Compliance Office, to which your report will be forwarded, will screen your incident report and recategorize if necessary:

Please note that the name of the author of a document or other information by which he/she can be identified may be specified in the file name or in the file’s metadata. If you would like to remain anonymous, you must delete identifying information before you upload it. Click on “1. Select file”, to browse for the files on your computer. When you have chosen the relevant file, click on “2. Upload”. The following file formats are permitted: PDF, Word, Excel, Power Point, GIF, JPEG (maximum 10 MB per file).

As soon as you have sumitted your report, it will be processed securely. If you call up the Integrity Platform again after an appropriate period, you will be able to view the reply or questions and submit further information about this incident.
